“Seas and Oceans” Photography Contest

With a name and history deeply intertwined with the Mediterranean, Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Méditerranée embodies a profound connection to the sea, a legacy that continues to inspire its commitment today.

In celebration of the 3rd United Nations Ocean Conference, which will be held in Nice this June, our hotel is proud to host an exceptional photography exhibition focused on the theme of seas and oceans, alongside a specially curated menu at Le 3e Restaurant.

Photography Exhibition

This exhibition is the result of a close collaboration between art, marine conservation, and Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Méditerranée, with an original concept led by Robert Roux, Deputy Mayor responsible for Culture.

It honors four artists who capture the fragility, power, and beauty of the seas and oceans: Noémie Baumann, David Elalouf, Greg Lecoeur, and Jean-François Maccario.

Vote for your favorite photo through the link below. The artist with the most votes will have a selection of their works displayed at the hotel throughout the summer season.

Free entree, May 5th to June 17th 2025

“Ephemera” Menu

Alongside this exhibition, a special menu inspired by the theme of marine conservation is available every evening at Le 3e Restaurant. Created by Chef Sébastien Roux, this three-course menu focuses on seaweed and features ingredients that respect the marine environment.

75€, excluding drinks
€1 per menu will be donated to the association
Fonds Bleus.

May 5th to June 17th 2025, for dinner service only
